Strong Alliance Holdings Limited began with the inception of several food brands under different corporations of which are also being operated by the same management team. With the vast number of restaurants and with the company’s journey to continual growth, SAHL was established in 2022.\n\nOur first venture into the food industry started through the acquisition of Choi Garden Seafood & Shark’s fin Restaurant in 2010. Best known for its barbecue roast meat and seafoods, we have expanded the brand to over 5 stores in 2020. Choi Garden has grown together with our city, being a part of collective memories of Filipino Chinese.
